Constructed of chrome plated die cast zinc these rail base fittings are recommended for freshwater use. Installs to deck with #10 FH fasteners (not included). Fittings can be attached to railing with set screws or can be pop riveted using stainless or aluminum rivets. Handrail base measures 1-5/8" X 2-3/4", fits 7/8" OD rail.
